Abstract
Ada is a design for an application based around MEMEX, a hypothetical concept proposed by Vannevar Bush in 1945 that detailed a desk filled with all the information in the world. A user sitting at this desk would be able to access any piece of information they desired. I argue that the modern world would consider this desk to be a device, and the information would be contained within the internet.
This project focuses on a drawer within the MEMEX desk, that is undiscovered by the user but contains the information they desire.
The product I propose is an app based off of the dating app Hinge, with hand-drawn frames detailing how a user could go down productive rabbitholes to expand their knowledge of the world.
